June’s submissions took me from a Myrtle Beach boardwalk to a night out on Broadway — two festivals, two totally different moods, and two women who knew exactly how they wanted to feel. One request: keep it cool, light and easy for a CCMF weekend in the South Carolina heat. The other: something for a Road To Nashville night that could hold its own in the UK summer.

This request came with one clear brief: keep her cool and light for a weekend dancing in the Myrtle Beach sun.
The Rosie Bardot Top sets the tone — that poppy print against cream is romantic without trying too hard, and the peplum hem dresses up the Lace-Trim Denim Shorts without adding any warmth. The Light Pink Cowgirl Hat by Charlie 1 Horse brings shade and drama, the Carrie Ivory Ankle Cowboy Boots keep her comfortable all day, and the Studded Fringe Tassel Shoulder Bag adds just enough edge to stop it all feeling too sweet.

A Road To Nashville night out, but happening here in the UK in July — so this needed real western credentials with a bit of British-summer polish.
The Black Tiered Lace Maxi Skirt brings drama and movement to a classic western silhouette, layered under the Denim Waistcoat for structure. The Red Paisley Neck Scarf is what makes it feel authentically western rather than costume-y, while the Ariat Heritage R Toe Cowboy Boots and Ranch Tan Cowgirl Hat keep it grounded in classic territory. The Gold Sequin Shoulder Bag is the twist — a little shimmer for a Nashville-themed night.
