MEL'S BLACK DEER FESTIVAL FASHION REPORT

Americana and country music, cowboy boots, a heatwave, a thunderstorm and one incredible weekend!
Nestled in the picturesque rolling hills of Kent, the Black Deer Festival returned to Eridge Park on the 17th-19th June, 2022. I was thrilled to be offered a trade stall for what would be our biggest event yet; an exciting milestone for Melbelle. With two of the hottest days of the year and a thunderstorm, the weather sure made for a testing camping experience! But that didn’t stop you from showing up…thousands of guests filled the deer park to enjoy music from the likes of Van Morrison, Wilco, Jake Bugg and country favourites Cam and Kezia Gill, among dozens more talented artists.
But music wasn’t the only headline, the event was filled with show-stopping outfits as cowgirls and cowboys took over Kent. Pippa and I had our cameras ready to capture some of our favourite outfits…
